We absolutely love Primus as it is a brand that produces fantastic high quality products that out-perform many others in the great outdoors. And this PrimeTech Stove gives an efficiency rate that's nearly doubled compared to a conventional stove thanks to the integrated heat exchanger in the bottom of the pot together with the effective wind guard and optimised burner so you will use less fuel - and have to carry less fuel! Ideal!
This backpacking stove fits nicely into the one pot making it really easy to transport and store. It is also really quick and easy to set up and use and this coupled with its incredibly fast performance means that you will be able to have a well deserved hot beverage and hot food right when you need it most - after a fantastic day exploring the great outdoors!
The gas valve on the stove has a regulator which gives a steady effect and improves performance when the gas container starts to run out at the end of a hike or gets cold in the winter. This way, the fuel consumption will be optimised throughout the life of the container. The only thing you have to do is turn the valve twice more before it starts. In addition, the valve has good fine tuning, making cooking more precise and much nicer. The burner is also very quiet in comparison to other gas stoves.
This is the smaller 1.3 litre version of the PrimeTech Stove Set and is suitable for between 1 and 3 people. It comes with two 1.3 litre pans, one of which has a built-in heat exchanger that absorbs the heat better than a conventional pot. The transparent lid with integrated strainer and heat-resistant silicone handle makes straining water from your pasta much easier - a fantastic addition to this camping stove set!
You also get a separate piezo lighter, pan gripper, ground protector and storage bag included - everything to get you up and running - all you need to supply is the breath taking view (oh and the gas, food and water by the way)!
The PrimTech Stove Set comes packed neatly inside one of the pans and is really quick and easy to set up: simply remove the wind guard from the pan, connect the gas and light up the stove! And that is it! Have hot food ready in a matter of minutes!
