Christmas Returns Policy
Orders recieved between 1st November and 24th December can be returned up to the 20th Jan 2025.
Our Returns Policy
Products can be returned to us within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition with all of their original labels intact and in their original packaging.
How do I return an item?
Please remember to include a short note with the goods. Please be sure to include:
Your name and address
Your order number
The items you are returning
The reason for the return
Securely package your item(s) and return the parcel to us at the following address:

Our office and warehouse are both located in Boscombe, Bournemouth. We unfortunately do not have a physical shop or area to browse. For any questions, please phone us on 01202 727001, or email us.
Please ensure that product packaging has no labels or tape applied in any way (ie: a shoe box must not have any labels on it directly and must be protected by either a shipping bag or another box, which can be labelled).
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items back to us. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of parcels in transit back to us, so would recommend adequate tracking and insurance. If an item is faulty, please get in touch with us prior to returning it as we are unable to reimburse your postage costs after it is sent.
We aim to process all returns within 24 hours of receipt, but at busy times (Christmas or Bank Holidays) it may take a little longer, so please bear with us.
I've received the wrong item, or my item is faulty. How do I return this?
If your order is damaged, incorrect or faulty in any way, please email us your order number, a description of the issue, along with a few photos of the fault if possible. Not all items necessarily need to be returned, but if they do, we will arrange a prepaid returns label for you. Some products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a final decision can be made. This can take a few weeks, but we will always do our best to expedite this process.
